    I remember this location when I was a little kid, one guy is still there. There is always a wait, no one cares if you don't have all day to be there. They refuse to update this location to install an automatic postage machine or other helpful, efficient services. Get in your car and drive to the location up the hill on Rockside (garfield) and use the automated system, you'll be happy you did.
